The team here consistently goes above and beyond for their clients. Staff is amazing. Always top notch customer service and a pleasure to interact with. Combining friendliness and knowledge, the employees are passionate about their work in the optometry field and care about their clients. They constantly amaze me in both quality of care provided and cost reduction of services. There really are no words to describe how great the team here is. Every time I visit, I leave feeling full of gratitude for such wonderful humans! :)
I went in today because I had broken my glasses and was fully expecting to have to pay for a repair. I was told that due to how they were broken, I would likely need to purchase a whole new frame, and unfortunately I hadn’t purchased the warranty. However, the staff offered to check their parts bin to see if they had anything that might work. The day before leaving for vacation, the arm of my son‘s glasses broke off. I stopped in the Duncan location to see if there was anything they could do. They happily found a replacement arm and fixed the glasses and did it all for free. Thank you, FYI, doctors!!!
