I went in today because I had broken my glasses and was fully expecting to have to pay for a repair. I was told that due to how they were broken, I would likely need to purchase a whole new frame, and unfortunately I hadn’t purchased the warranty. However, the staff offered to check their parts bin to see if they had anything that might work. The day before leaving for vacation, the arm of my son‘s glasses broke off. I stopped in the Duncan location to see if there was anything they could do. They happily found a replacement arm and fixed the glasses and did it all for free. Thank you, FYI, doctors!!!

I highly recommend this place! I had a good experience in this location, they help me to find the best eyeglass that I need, the staff is friendly and helpful specially Irish and Dr. Schultz who did my eye exam! Thank you!
