Do NOT use Dr. Ziad. He charged me $200 for a misfitting contact lens that caused me months of agony, medical problems and near blindness, and then made false claims and refused to replace the defective contact lens and discharged me from his care. I have a neurological condition and I am in a long-term care facility. One of the caregivers broke my left contact lens trying to put it in for me leaving me having to wear my only spare one. I had a problem with another optometrist before coming to " St. Albert Opticians" and I’m so grateful that I found this place. Dr. Ziad was extremely patient and professional with us. He took the time to listen, did another eye test, and discovered that the previous prescription was not correct. Thanks to his expertise, my daughter no longer has headaches and is finally comfortable with her glasses. Did not have a great experience. I was spoken down to and felt demeend and also asked why me "Why my people feel like they can have the most expensive frames and glasses and then get upset with prices." I told him why and proceed to speak to me like I was completely stupid. I paid way too much for lenses they display frames with price tag and there is a reason and the lenses are not even that great have a horrible reflection and, I see better with my old pair.
