I had a wonderful experience at St. Albert Opticians. The office manager is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring you fully understand your eye health and options. Even though I’ve moved to Spruce Grove, I continue to visit St Albert Opticians for my eye care needs. Ziad and his staff always provide me with quality products and excellent service. In fact, they go out of their way to do so.
Dr Ziad is great. He helped my son and I to find excellent glasses and worked with me to fit the cost within my limited budget. Very personable and even fixed up my old glasses for me to get me through the wait for my new ones even better. Front desk staff are warm n welcoming and seem genuinely happy to be there. Great experience all around, thanks y'all!
I went to see him for an eye infection and he was able to determine the issue and prescribed the correct method of treatment. Recovering well😎
