I had a consultation with Dr. Richmond and was incredibly impressed with the care I received. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSITIVITY TO FRAGRANCE!!! Called to book an appointment and asked them multiple times if they are a fragrance free clinic and got a resounding YES. I booked here to find support for fragrance allergies. Walked into the clinic today and was instantly assaulted with stong fragrance, they use scented hand sanitizer, scented cleaning products and the staff all had fragrance on!!! It was brutal. Excellent experience with Dr. Tocher-Richmond. I went in seeking advise about supplements and nutrition. She was kind, understanding and very professional. The first visit was very comprehensive and she listened and addressed all my concerns. The location for the clinic is also great in the heart of St. Albert. Online booking system which is great. Only downside is they do not offer direct billing. Will keep coming back. Thank you Dr. Tocher-Richmond for a great service!
I’m so happy we started seeing Dr Rebecca Tocher! We learned more about Mt daughters gut health in 45 mins than we did the last 2-3yrs with our family doctor All staff are lovely , highly recommend
