I've been a patient at this clinic for over 10 years and I am so grateful to the clinic staff and Dr's that work here. The clinic staff are organized and professional and return my messages or make sure my GP sees the messages I send in the patient portal. My GP, Dr Pratt, is empathic and knowledgeable. She spends ample time with me during appointments and is good with working to find the right medication or treatment. Missed one appointment in over a decade- and like everyone else I’ve spent plenty of time waiting on doctors and I never said a word. They charged me for that missed appointment faster than lightening! There was no warning, no oh by the way this is our policy…nothing.. just a bill in my email with a reminder it costs extra if I pay for my bill with a credit card. I understand time is money in their field - but wow. Dr Ching is amazing but I’m really sad that the almighty buck is what truly matters.
