I purchased my vehicle at a different Jeep location. However, I get it serviced here ☺️And I must say Richard, who has been managing my files in the service department is one amazing employee. He has always gone above and beyond when helping me. So my recommendation is, if you have not chose a place to have your vehicle serviced, definitely choose this location. They have a very modern facility and great staff.
Attempted 4 times to get a hold of them for a simple question, gave me the run around, non answers and non replies. Totally useless for even the simplest of tasks.
Honestly, I have bad luck with dealerships and get ripped off. I would honestly 110% recommend these guys to ANYONE wanting a new or used car. Always friendly keeping me in the loop with everything and finding me something I need. And keeping it within my budget. When I need a service they are always nice and pleasant. They keep me updated with everything, and don't ever push me into anything I don't want.
