They are very friendly but showed up very late for the appointment and only spent about half hour on my large couch. Still had stains and dirt. Tried to contact them to hopefully resolve but have yet to get a response.
St Albert Carpet Cleaners did a great job on my carpets. They were very thorough and the carpets looked very clean when they were finished.
