Receptionist are super kind and outgoing, welcome you as you come in. I ran out of elastics and came in for some new ones, in and out in with no problems. Dentists do a great job explaining your diagnosis and their reasoning for certain treatments. Would highly recommend.
Came in today as my wire for my permanent retainers detached. I had previously completed my braces treatment many years ago at a different place (signature) My original ortho tried to hustle me extra hundreds of $ to just bond the retainer back and insisted on xrays and unnecessary things blah blah which i said i didnt want yet they said was needed regardless. Best clinic ever. I was assisted by orthodontic assistant Mo who was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable, The doctor was also very nice and highly knowledgeable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic.
I have had a wonderful experience here, such great people and my results have been better than I imagined! Not to mention the wonderful staff including Mo! 😁
