We have been bringing our dog Ozzie to the clinic since we got him as a puppy 5 years ago. The staff are all so caring and personable and treat our boy like he is one of their own. He is never afraid to go to the vet which is a good sign of how he is made to feel when he visits.
Our dog was neutered and everything went well. Staff were amazing and we left with no issues. Unfortunately, they gave us a cone that was too small for our dog started to lick his wound. To prevent further issues, we placed a gauze but he was able to get to it and swallowed it. Had to attend emergency and paid a $300+ bill. Called the next day to reach a civil resolution, wasn’t asking for the bill to be paid, the staff directed us to their manager, who was their accountant. Me and my husband have been going to Dr Burgess with our cats and my husband’s horse for years. Dr Burgess and her staff have been amazing, with all they have done. I must especially thank them for their care and concern when my husband’s health changed, and he was no longer at home, and when he passed away.
