The place itself is awsome but never order off the website dor merchandise..i have been waiting for a hoody in L to be sent since November. I have contacted them and keep being told one will be sent out. I have yet to recieve one and here it is going to be Febuary. Now i have called friday and left a message to have it resloved no return call. Called again monday left another message still no call back. So i will just post to everything on how this place operates and hopefully something will be done....im beyond aggrivated
I took the history tour on January 20, 2018. I found the staff very knowledgeable about St. Albans and very willing to answer any questions. They interacted with visitors and made you feel like family. I will be going back.
We had our first adventure. We didn’t witness a lot of stuff but that is to be expected. We did get a recording of Little Jacob singing with the “Boo Bear”. We will plan more ghost adventures in the future.
