Had a great experience with Luke from St Albans Plumbing Electrical Ltd in response to a soil pipe leak. He came out within an hour or two of my SOS call, located and dealt with the issue quickly, as well as (on my request) advising on improvements that could be made to the bathroom to make it more appropriate for the elderly person living there. No trying to upsell, but was happy to use him and the team to make good after the leak was dealt with, as well as making the improvements we had talked about. Would use again!
