I had a 10:30 appt. I arrived an hour early, at 10:30 I mentioned that they needed to get moving as I had another appt at 11. It was then that they told me my appt was at 12:30. I showed them the email showing I had the correct time but they couldn't fit me in. I'll stick with Laborde Diagnostics from now on.
