WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! The only good thing is the lower price. But that is offset by all the extra charges. You have to pay for washer/dryer. And you have to send in physical checks for rent. I mean, who still does that??? Guess what, instead of making it easy by us dropping it at the leasing office, we're forced to go all the way to the downtown office to drop it there. Bad customerservice, today, 5/12/25 at 12noon, as me and my son attempted to open the glass door, we could see the lady at the desk on your left, looked at us as if to say" what the hell do you want, the expression, spoke for it self, are these the kind of people, you want working for you, if not then they should take a class on good customer service, as my son asked a question, she said a quick NO! unfriendly as ever, shame shame! Pretty nice place quiet clean. The neighbors mind their business! Maintenance does come out right away when called to fix things . My only complaint is the mice that I hear scratching in the walls at night something has to be done about that. It like they are trying to dig their way into my apartment

DO NOT DO IT!!!! Worst, most disgusting apartment I have ever lived in. It is literally infested with mice, roaches, crickets, every bug you can name. Pretty sure there’s black mold in the walls and vents. The building itself is not even sealed. There are huge holes and cracks everywhere. The leasing office does NOT care. If there’s an issue you will have to call multiple times before someone fixes anything. And they might not even actually fix it.
