Pretty nice place quiet clean. The neighbors mind their business! Maintenance does come out right away when called to fix things . My only complaint is the mice that I hear scratching in the walls at night something has to be done about that. It like they are trying to dig their way into my apartment
DO NOT DO IT!!!! Worst, most disgusting apartment I have ever lived in. It is literally infested with mice, roaches, crickets, every bug you can name. Pretty sure there’s black mold in the walls and vents. The building itself is not even sealed. There are huge holes and cracks everywhere. The leasing office does NOT care. If there’s an issue you will have to call multiple times before someone fixes anything. And they might not even actually fix it. I love it here! Great customer service thank you Ms. Penny, Erica, and maintaince crew led by Tony, Melvin, and Rick. They do outstanding job. I'm happy.
I love my 2 bedroom apartment. I have good service with them. I transfer from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Thank you Ms.Penny.
