RecommendedI have lived at Quaker Pines for over a year now. And plan to continue living here for the duration of my master's program. The team (Bailee, Daniela and Richard) here is stellar! They respond quickly to any need and are always friendly. Even on a Sunday emergency! Thank heavens when your A/C is out :)

My experiences at Quaker Pines Townhomes was very poor. Management team was non-responsive. Maintenance was exceptional. Overall very unhappy with the property. I was a resident for two years and just moved out at the end of June 2016. For me it was the worst apartment experience I had in Lubbock.
We absolutely LOVE our management team! They are caring and efficient when addressing our needs. When we first moved to Lubbock we were concerned about finding the right fit because we wanted to be close to TTU for work purposes but had no desire to revisit our undergraduate years. Two years later we are so glad we chose to live here because it's quiet, we feel safe and the staff is just that friendly.
Almost two years since I been here, its been a very people friendly place to live. My living room is so spacious, I love it I wish we could stay a little longer.
