Bought rims several months. Back process was seamless for oick up. They even threw in some extra goodies. Spoke with Jed via email customer service. One of my wheels the center caps paint was peeling and one of the hardware bolts had rusted. Red helped me out and got me new center caps and hardware sent out. Showed up 3 days later. Customer service was top notch Thanks Jed
Great customer service , very satisfied and the team at SSW answered all my questions to get my Tacoma dialed in. Going back with them for new wheels on our 6g 4Runner! We rock crawl, jump the truck, send it and never had issues with the wheels and can take a beating!
The general design/ patterns are what got me. But the paint falls right off. Install them gently yourself and do not have a tire shop do it . They are a bit better looking than the average ebay Chinese wheel but If I had to order a dakar style wheel again I'd go with the falcons and for 6 spoke id def go with the black rhino. Black rhino, alcon, fuel, methods have all proven to be a better quality wheel to me.
The guys at SSW are amazing to work with and the quality and figment on my Dakars are perfect!!
SSW has been nothing but awsome to deal with, these guys have been professional and friendly all at the same time Had multiple sets of their wheels on my trucks
