If I could give one star I would. Marcus was completely disrespectful and very unprofessional. I booked an appointment online for 6:05 and was told by the app to arrive early which I did. When I arrived no one was there so I called and was told that he’d be there shortly. He proceeded text me and ask if I was in a rush, I told him no but I’d prefer not to wait.
