Dean-SSM has outstanding doctors and staff. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is bc they seem to be under staffed and bc NPs don't tend to stick around. I recommend this facility over Mercy 1000%.
I jumped through hoops to obtain a referral to see a dermatologist, and once the referral finally went through, I was told they aren’t accepting new patients. Mind you, I called multiple times to check on the status of my referral, the scheduler never said anything about not taking new patients. This should have been communicated upfront so I could have requested a referral elsewhere. Instead, my time was wasted due to poor coordination and lack of transparency.
