Checked in to the clinic, was seen, diagnosed and walking out in about an hour. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that the staff knew which pharmacy was open after hours in order to pick up the prescribed meds. I also appreciate NP Rachael informing me of the symptoms that would warrant an ER visit and why.
Worthless
Billed for emergency room visit instead of Urgent Care. Contacted customer service and they then rebilled for a hospital in Chicago making me owe even more out of pocket.
The resident PA, Rachel, did nothing for me because I didn't have strep throat. That is the only type of respiratory infection she will prescribe antibiotics for. If you are sick I suggest you go somewhere else for treatment.
Most of the bad reviews appear to be from when they first opened. Maybe the customer service was terrible then, but we’ve been here three times recently. Schedule online. In and out.
