Great nurses at the urgent care, very honest and caring. Not busy at all on a Saturday evening.
The doctor was horrible. I came in for an emergency. I left with medication that I needed to fill at Walmart. Nothing was done while I was at the hospital except an unnecessary IV. If I can give zero stars, I would
They got me in quickly as usual, but the check in clerk charged me a co-pay which I haven’t ever had to pay up front and she couldn’t explain why. Then when I got to the room the paper cover on the bed didn’t appear to be removed from the previous patient. The nurse was friendly but asked questions that a quick review of my chart could have been answered . I’ve had this particular nurse a few times now and she isn’t very professional.
