The staff is NOT friendly at all. I forgot my debit card when I abruptly left to pick up my child due to a possible broken leg and they refused to bill the 40$ co-pay. It’s 40$ .. get outta here !
I went to this “urgent care” they bill as an emergency room visit. I have been dealing with this since October of last year. Do not use SSM or you will have the same outcome. I will never set foot in another SSM healthcare facility for the rest of my life and will advise anyone who will listen to do the same or you will be dealing with it 6 months later. If I could give them less than 1 star I would! DO NOT go here. They will do nothing for you. They will not listen to you and will probably prescribe you the wrong medication and you will have to go back and pay another outrageous Office visit to get the correct medication. Might have been prevented if they would have just taken the time to listen to me on the first Office visit. Staff is Rude and act like you are bothering them. First time using this location. I hadn't been feeling well with a fever and wound up with a swollen and throbbing lymph node. They couldn't do anything for me except suggest Flonase. Here I am two days later even worse and constantly running a fever. I am now out my $75 copay and no where to turn, as I do not have a primary doctor. I wasn't even seen for 5 minutes, I feel like they just blew in and blew out without addressing any of my symptoms or concerns. The only nice thing I can say is that there was no wait.
Short wait, check in, xray, exam, diagnosis, breathing treatment and check out... less than 2 hours! Thank you!
