Called the urgent care (35 min) and they never picked up. So I go there. I was told another area gets their calls. I was prescribed 3 days instead of 5 days of meds which would land on a Friday. Of course couldn’t get through the doc or the urgent care so went in Saturday and was told I would have to go through the testing and pay for the visit yet again. By the way posting full names really? Maybe everyone should post their names.
Took my granddaughter here as she was not feeling to well. The Doctor and the staff where so kind and made the process very smooth.
Don’t go here!! Horrible experience. They made me wait for almost an hour when I was the only patient there, and then the NP was so sick and coughing all over me.
Took my 6 year old here to get tested for strep. We are new to the area and this was our first time at SSM health. Even with filling out new patient registration forms, we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Everyone was very kind and made the process very smooth. Will definitely return for future needs!
I have always gotten excellent care at the Kisker SSM Urgent Care location. The online appointment process is easy, and they do their best to get you seen quickly and are very efficient and friendly. Thank you for your dedication to good care, I appreciate it!
