Went to visit with a simple sinus infection. I told them I just need antibiotics and they confirmed with checking my ears and nose. And of course checked my blood pressure. No tests were done. My insurance doesn't require a co pay so when I was shocked with a bill for $160 and that's after my insurance covered $220. Why on earth would it costs $500 for them to tell me what I already knew. Even with out insurance I've visted other urgent cares and paid $75 so how would I pay double that with insurance? That doesn't make any s... read more

Had been feeling awful. Made an appointment at 11am. Wasn’t seen till 11:30am. Put the reasons for my visit for Covid or flu. Nurse tested me for strep and Covid, but not flu. Same day family members tested positive for flu at another doctor. Now I have to make another appointment to get tested for the flu in order for them to do anything. Call center said they dropped the ball and there’s nothing they can do. Glad to hear they take peoples health so seriously. What an absolute joke
