The nursing staff and NNP, so unprofessional! Rude and belittling. I’ve never been treated so badly. I have medical insurance. I work for an SSM hospital. I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care facility, to anyone!
The staff I met at reception was incredibly nice and was efficient, however I had showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment as required and was told to wait for an available room, I waited for around 40 minutes after sitting before I decided Id just rather go home to be in pain especially with a storm coming in tonight.(I went in for joint pain in my knees that I have been working with my primary to find the cause of but I have noticed more pain and a sharp point sticking out of my knee when squatting.) Went Tuesday—hands down the worst urgent care experience I've ever had. I went in with excruciating back pain, they only ordered an X-ray, and according to their notes, I was apparently “just constipated.” Their brilliant medical advice? Take Miralax.
