Dr Carqueville was the sweetest person in the world, I can’t say enough good things about her!! Thank you so much for being such a kind and caring person I really felt good about myself leaving there
The staff were friendly, however if you're taking time off work or have something to do after your appointment they have excessive wait times (even if you schedule ahead). 3pm appt. made ahead of time for vaccination, no one in the waiting room, waited over an hour for my 'scheduled appointment' 8am appt. today, also made ahead of time again for just a vaccine, this is the earliest appointment available as they open at 8 when then have 'less of a wait'. WARNING!!!! This is not a traditional urgent care and bills as an EMERGENCY ROOM!!! My 5 minute visit with a doctor (who told me they had no idea what to do) turned into a $510 bill. I never would have gone here if they had been upfront that this is technically an ER and billed as such. Go anywhere else and save yourself. The greed is insane.
The staff handled things with calm and friendliness. There was a little software hiccup at the check-in station that was slowing intake, but the staff stepped up and did a workaround.
