My visit to SSM Urgent Care in Brentwood for a mystery 24 hour gastrointestinal bug was so helpful. This is my regular Urgent Care and I am always well taken care of and seen quickly. I was checked in by a real live human before I could even start with the self-check-in kiosk and then they had me back in a room from there. I was suffering from some pretty rough nausea and they were able to give me medication while I was there (and then a follow up prescription) to get me back on my feet. J.R. HORRIBLE SERVICE. MADE AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT FOR 715 AND 30 MINUTES LATER AND STILL WAITING NO SIGN OF GETTING IN. HOW ABOUT YOU QUIT TAKING WALK-INS KNOWING YOU'RE ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ARE COMPLETELY BOOKED. I HAVE TO WORK A 12 HOUR SHIFT TOMORROW, STILL HAVEN'T EATEN DINNER AND I'M EXHAUSTED. THIS IS TOMFOOLERY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT HAPPY
