Terrible experience. Staff was ruined as hell and I was unheard, not given the proper testing nor treatment. Had to spend all this money just to go to my primary doctor a few days later when they were open and they gave me proper testing and got me on medicine to help treat my sickness. Do better! I saw bad reviews and should’ve trusted them. This place sucks.
I had a appointment and they took 3 other people 1 with no appointment before me because they forgot to call my name so I had to sit for over a hour after my appointment time
Terrible experience. I have a leg infection and blisters started popping up on the back of my leg. The pain was unbearable. I couldn’t even barely walk. I had to drive myself to the urgent care. By the time I got there and got to the door and inside it was 15 minutes before they closed. It was obvious I was in a lot of pain. I went to 711 Veterans Memorial Phwy Urgent Care on 6/11/2025 at 7.15 pm appointment, because I kicked my small toe, and it was swollen for several days, not getting better but worse. I am going to EU for a TMB hiking trip. Since this is 100 miles in 10days intenseve hiking, I need know what happened with my toe and I can decided what I should do with my hiking. I don’t understand when someone makes an appt that walk ins still get priority over someone who went online and made an appt. I was told appts are priority first over walk ins yet my husband waited over an hour while walk ins were being seen before him. Unprofessional
