Although the wait was long, it was to be expected this time of year. The nurse and Dr. Bernstein were both kind and addressed my issues. From the staff who greeted me upon entering the building to the urgent care staff - all were kind and helpful!
The staff were very attentive and caring even though it was at the end of their shift. My son needed an x-ray and the whole process was smooth and quick. The physician's assistant took the time to answer all of our questions.
This is usually a very friendly, efficient place. I went in today pretty sick, not sure how long I could wait. But I was seen very quickly despite being about 5th in line. Dr. Schlicht was very professional, very kind.
This is the best experience I’ve ever had in any system I’ve been too. I was seen in a timely manner & actually felt heard. They were able to make a plan for me & felt my anxiety get better about my ordeal. They were great with explaining everything to me & felt actual compassion. It felt like a team to me. I was able to get a follow up appointment made too. Out of all the ER’s & Urgent Care’s I’ve been too & even my PCP; I felt taken care of.
The staff here are horrible. I accompanied my mother to an appointment for a checkup due to a work injury. She was being seen by Dr. Sarah, since she was covering for another doctor. (Dr. Sarah was very kind and empathetic and treats her patients with care) The new doctor that returned was very rude, she did not take my mom's injury seriously.
