Its shameful that this health organization calls itself charitable not for profit! I was mistakenly sent here to have a mammogram by my insurance company and when my insurance called SSM to negotiate the cost or consider writing it off, they refused and said I was responsible for the whole cost; They will not hesitate to send it to collections either! I had to take unpaid time off of work due to my Moms illness and death, so my money is tight and i dont qualify for financial aide; I will never use SSM for healthcare needs ag... read more
Everyone took very good care of me. Hospital stays are not fun, but I appreciated the care I received.
This hospital is absolutely amazing! This is one of the best hospitals I have been to around the St. Louis area in years. They instantly got me into a room…. I explained to them that I get very dizzy when my blood is drawn and they made make sure to go ahead and clean a room out for me so I didn’t have to wait in the Waiting room. All of the staff was very Understanding and nice… Including the doctors. I would recommend this hospital to anybody.
