A month ago , I paid a 10$ bill. The app took the entire amount of $1095.20. I have asked for the refund many times. No one will give me a straight answer. I don't have money for an attorney and all I can talk to are reps who don't know any up dates and refuse to send me to a manager. Managers refuse to call me back. Its a week before Christmas and I can't get my money back. It feel so wring and illegal that they take your money without permission but refuse to speak with you on getting it back.
