I am writing this letter to stress my disappointment and concerns I have regarding the medical staff that took care of my husband on May 7, 2024 thru May 15, 2024. He was brought to your hospital due to multiple continuing seizures and possibly another stroke. A month prior to this he had a stroke. He is also a dementia mentally disabled person. Aweful service, they don’t listen to the parents, no explanation of the child’s disease and not letting parents ask questions or when asking questions made to feel inept.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, they talk about how they don’t discriminate/judge people by any means but yet I encounter plenty of ladies that do not understand a word I’m saying since they don’t speak English like that, and since I realized that I decided to have my mother applied in the cleaning position; she knows basic English and (Ann) decided to say she could not work here since she can’t have a whole conversation with her tell me thats not discrimination, didn’t even give her a chance to be honest.
