If I could give it a zero star I would. Took my son in for a fractured wrist sat for 5 hours in a room NOT a single nurse came in in that time frame just the doctor who ordered xray an hour after we got here. So it's been 4 hours since xray and still no nurses to check in on us or anything. When I finally pushed the nurse button to find out what was going on the nurse came in and got so hateful with me because I pushed the call button. Will not go back to this hospital

My visit to the pain management clinic at SSM Health was the same as always, it was SUPER! It's always wonderful, all the people there are always so nice to you, that's not my the case everywhere. All the doctors and nurses are always great and so nice to you, also, I have to admit , I Joanna Smith is my favorite person. She is sooo nice and positive to me and she always has an answer to my questions and for whatever problems I'm dealing with at any given time. Took my wife to ER for chest pain. Was seen in a fair amount of time. Took 2 hours to get pain and nausea meds. Was told she'd be admitted and seen by her cardiologist next morning. Several hours later we're still waiting on a room. Nobody checking in on her. After asking when we'd get a room, we're told it could be "a while longer because shift change coming up."
