The Cancer Center at St Joseph Lake St Louis has outstanding Doctors and Nurses. The Chemotherapy Center however is lacking in compassion to the patient. During COVID I can understand where the patient had to endure this process alone and that in itself is awful. Now the only reason a patient has to endure this alone is because the we are in the way. In the ER I was told they are short staffed and the person assigned to take blood tests shift ended. They are trying to have other staff help. The current wait time has exceeded 3.5 hours!!!
