The ER visit was extremely long for the problem. The nurse forgot to actually turn the IV bag on. DUH! Where did this doctor come from? This was for an abdominal problem. Wow I received a zofran. While I'm wreathing with nauseous pain the nurses are right outside the door playing on their phones. I saw them since my door was wide open. I was very pleased with SSM Health St.Clare Hospital, the people are Great! The hospital is so nice and clean, if you have to be at one this is the Hospital to be at!! Thank you so much for taking care of our son!!
They have always had quick service and kind staff. There facilities are top notch! Great place to take kids and adults. The Emergency Room and the Labor and delivery floor are both comfortable and the nurses and doctors are nice. We were there yesterday, Dr. Cahalin and The nurses were very kind and compassionate towards me and my son who fell and needed staples in the back of his head.
Staff & doctors have been very kind & efficient at both visits we've had there. They do a great job with triage. The doctor my son saw last night, was able to stitch him up, with out compromising his care, & we were in & out of the ER in 28 minutes. I highly recommend St. Clare.
We are from out of state, and I had to tske my daughter to the ER. The nurses and doctors were amazing! They were great with her, and very thorough on finding out what was goinf on with her.
