Very nice & professional staff
AWFUL!!!! 1 hour and 15 minute wait for a 2 minute chest x-ray. The staff were so rude. Unapologetic. Avoid this at all cost. I wish my local SSM X-ray machine wasn’t broken because I would have never had to deal with this place. DO BETTER!
Do not use the doctor Trigg nutritionist for your baby appointments she is utterly rude and pushes vaccinations and shots and will find any excuse to call CPS on you
I'm upset... my daughter has been a patient of Rose since birth (she's 5) but let me tell you something as parents don't go through no hard time because the way life be lifing and not have dependable transportation or have a unreliable co parent because if you miss to many appointments they will drop you as a patient. They don't care about that ! And Lori will call you last minute to say we are dropping you as a patient. I want to start by saying that all of the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly, and I genuinely appreciate how kind and comforting they were to me. However, I left feeling like my situation wasn't fully taken seriously or advocated for the way it should have been. I came in experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks that had been going on since 10am.
