Doctor comes in and says "all of your tests are negative, we'll get your IV out and you can head home!" Nurse comes in to take out IV "So you have covid." So which is it? Because 3 minutes ago, the doctor told me I was completely fine and the swab was taken an hour ago so nothing has suddenly changed. Infuriating.
You’re gonna sit in the emergency waiting room long enough to watch people go to a different hospital because this place runs so slow.
I went to their ER here after having a long splinter go inside my finger. The doctor took an x-ray and then deadened the finger and then removed the splinter. That was it. I was there less than an hour. The total cost of the bill was $5,279 to remove the splinter. This is highway robbery and I will advise everyone that I know and will personally never step foot in this hospital again.
*Final edit : After nine months and moving out of state I got sent a bill with the correction added. After talking to many people and not receiving a single call back as I was promised many times - I was so happy to throw my money at them and never ever ever ever come back. I was brought in by ambulance due to a panic attack caused by an URI symptoms and anxiety. Not only did I not get care do to their Policy's ( I was denied sedative meds do to not having a ride home, so I requested to be submitted they denied that as well.) One of their nurses had the nerver to tell me that's my fault I should of had a exit plan.
