I have been a patient of Dr. Lucio‘s for a few years now I’ve always followed all of the clinic protocols and requirements, I’m never late to My appointments and I’m always respectful and polite. In recent dealings, there’s a receptionist by the name of Kim. She always has a very poor attitude which I’ve always dismissed and never let bother me but today that all changed I had an appointment that had been scheduled for three months, the day that it was scheduled. Dr Chen has bad bedside manners, my blood pressure was 196/92 pulse 70 when I came in and he didn’t even bother to discuss it with me and all around did not do anything but waste my time. I do not recommend! 0/5 stars !
POOR SERVICE! Traveled 1.5 hours, encountered traffic accident that made me 20min late, tried to call ahead but SSM phone system kept me on hold 15 min at which I arrived at building. Both receptionist and stepping up to office mag would not accommodate. Gave options of reschedule, waiting all day for cancellation in waiting room. Just had back surgery here a couple months ago and was a nervous wreck but the nurses before made me feel more at ease. At the doctors office one of the nurses is a little rude.. that's why I only gave 4 stars but the doctor is straight to the point and tells you how it is which is what I appreciate. Will definitely trust him and have less anxiety with my other back surgery that I'll be having in the future.
