Horrible Office Help... Lucio is awesome but the Office lady's up front are terrible... I went here a few years ago and was wonderful but now they want to argue, hangup on you, and simply dont care to do anything other than set a followup many weeks out and pass you off so they can treat the next customer without any kindness. Absolutely terrible.
First of all, I love the sweet lady with a beautiful smile at their front desk. I don’t know her name, but she does have a British accent. After speedy check-in (noted with a smile), I waited maybe 15 minutes and then was called to the back. Dr Kenyon and his team are very professional at what they do while being friendly. Also, Dr. Kenyon is excellent at targeting my pain and I swear I already feel better when I leave. Thank you all!!
My review is for Dr. Chen as a pain management specialist. I have documented nerve damage in my neck and have undergone two disc replacement surgeries with no improvement. I was referred to Dr. Chen specifically for pain management. Initially, the experience was positive—he was attentive, optimistic, and reassuring. Since then, we have gone through multiple interventions, including diagnostic testing, medial branch block (MBB) injections, trigger point injections, and physical therapy.
