My review is for Dr. Chen as a pain management specialist. I have documented nerve damage in my neck and have undergone two disc replacement surgeries with no improvement. I was referred to Dr. Chen specifically for pain management. Initially, the experience was positive—he was attentive, optimistic, and reassuring. I have been a patient of Dr. Lucio‘s for a few years now I’ve always followed all of the clinic protocols and requirements, I’m never late to My appointments and I’m always respectful and polite. In recent dealings, there’s a receptionist by the name of Kim. She always has a very poor attitude which I’ve always dismissed and never let bother me but today that all changed I had an appointment that had been scheduled for three months, the day that it was scheduled. Dr Chen has bad bedside manners, my blood pressure was 196/92 pulse 70 when I came in and he didn’t even bother to discuss it with me and all around did not do anything but waste my time. I do not recommend! 0/5 stars !
