Received a $1500 "Operating room services" charge for exactly 2 minutes with the doctor and a 30 second cortisone shot. Deceptive, price-gouging, and hostile on the phone. Go anywhere else. Our son was sent there to see a specialist regarding cancer of the pancreas. He also had stomach and liver cancer. We drove from Cincinnati to be with him. We were greeted by a doctor who stated "you son is only constipated and doesn't need to be in the hospital!" We were infuriated to say the least. I couldn't get him out of there fast enough. The most horrible experience in healthcare, they are 0% professional, always you have to ask if they mised your name and you may find 5 or 6 after you went to see the doctor even if you have a booked appointment. Pharmacy super slow, typing on PC and leave tons of ready prescriptions without giving out to people waiting for their medicines.
