Is this quite possibly the worst hospital I've ever been to. Had to have my bag checked on the way into the emergency room. I know weights are long in the ER. I expected that. What I didn't expect was after I was seeing in triage, given an IV and then sent out to the waiting room to use the restroom there to get my UA sample. The only stall I could go in was handicap style and there was feces on the toilet seat. Extremely rude phone representative. She refused to take my appointment over the phone because I had my health insurance on the line with me. She said they don't make appointments with '3rd party' people. How is it a 3rd party when I'm on the phone as well? Incredibly unprofessional
