There has to be something you all can do to better your emergency room. I have had one experience that was quick because I was having a heart attack or I complained. I have even had a nurse give me the wrong wrist band. It shouldn’t be ok or the norm to have people waiting six plus hours to simply be seen. Saint Louis deserves better.
The Emergency department is a joke every time I come here i here for hours I hate coming to the emergency room 6 hours and counting this is absolutely ridiculous not why don’t they have fast track here
Son is 19 w/special needs…still client at Cardinal Glennon; transferring to SLU because his new doctor will be there. Upon check in, girl had an attitude because she had to work a Friday night. Son running temp and vomiting. 2 hours later wanted to retake vitals. Left and went back to Cardinal Glennon. We were in and out in 5 hours. SLU we were there 2 hours and had not spoken to anyone.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND. The EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE I WAITED 10 HOURS IN PAIN!!!! NEVER GOT TO A ROOM WITH NO EXPLANATION 2021 UPDATE!!!!
