My father n law was transferred there. He was not token care of the way he should of been. When asked to put medicine on him for a bed sore they never did even after asked 3 different times. He had an accident on the floor while I was there and I asked someone to please have it cleaned up and mopped as I was on my way out. I came back the next day and it was still all over the floor. When he had dialysis he was not in the room to have his order taken for dinners or breakfast 2 days and didnt receive dinner for those nights. ... read more
