Nursing staff is excellent. I appreciate all they have done for me. Therapy team is 5 star!! Had covid and the staff pulled me through it. Saved my life.
The tell in-House laundry there is none. They also tell you there’s a transition room and never seen it, but there are some very very good therapist Mike MD is amazing. They’re all good. The therapist are all good there. Nursing staff is great.
If you have to go to a hospital, there is no comparison to Mercy.
Excellent staff and care.
I lost half a foot, this facility helped me immensely. Therapists made sure that I could meet my goals. It was an awesome place to recover and rebuild. Nurses and nurse aids were top notch. They even brought in a recliner when I mentioned I would like one .
