My meds get filled the same or next day every time, unless the insured is being difficult. No delays ever, except for certain supplies (syringes, as an example). They also have an easy to use order by phone. The only disadvantage, presently, is that you have to call in for anything out of the ordinary. Was having trouble opening the manufacturer foil/paper covers on one of those pill packs. I wish you didn’t send those, aren’t they usually free samples? I was told that loose tablets have been on back order for quite a long time. The tech who was helping me not only showed me the easiest way to open pill packs, but also helped me get them started.
