I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate your service compared to the last 15 years of getting medication’s from Walgreens. Keep it up….you ladies rock!
My meds get filled the same or next day every time, unless the insured is being difficult. No delays ever, except for certain supplies (syringes, as an example). They also have an easy to use order by phone. The only disadvantage, presently, is that you have to call in for anything out of the ordinary. That said, they are quick to answer the phones and very helpful. They do not have an online way to view or order meds at all, and their system makes a "fill everything that I can" difficult for them. The pharmacy did not have what I needed. The pharmacist was irritable and not open to conversation.
