Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with SSM in terms of getting medication on time. I have been out for a few days and it has taken almost two weeks to get a refill. Getting refills on necessary medications should not be made impossible. I have had to message the pharmacy requesting my medication multiple times and the refill approval has remained in this state of limbo.
