When I have to go to urgent care or my regular doctor and they make out an rx for me with no refills I have it filled there since I am there anyway, not bad waiting periods and usually very courteous

I’ve taken a medication for around 10 years on and off. Never had this much trouble filling it. It’s one person, a pharmacist, who has made almost every fill stressful. The pharmacy techs, one in general I think his name is Matt, is super helpful and kind. The pharmacist Brock is one of the rudest people I have encountered. He actually hung up on me when I was trying to verify when my prescription was ready after what I believe was his error.
