Just horrible. You are treated like a number, not listened to by anyone and completely treated with contempt by the APRN Cassie who says things like "I don't feel comfortable with that" when it comes to managing pain. I was scheduled for an in hospital steroid injections after I vehemently told their staff NOT to schedule me. There is no quality of care offered. Just a money making enterprise. What a joke
Dr A's staff and him refuse to prescribe medicine that works and pushes unnecassary nerve ablations instead. I had the right side nerve ablation done on 12/6/24 & have been in severe, excruciating pain since. They called in a 5 day supply and it helped. But now that I am out, well past 5 days (it lasted me longer, as I only took it when I had to), they refuse to do ANYTHING but refer me out to someone who will prescribe medicine & told me to go to the ER because the referal is closed on Fridays and ITS FRIDAY. What kind of "pain management" practice and doctors don't utilize all avenues to treat chronic pain? These laws in regards to opiates being prescribed have gone too far. You've got worthless and pointless practices like this one that won't even prescribe pain medication for pain management yeah how much sense does that make? You tell me...because they're so afraid of the overzealous laws and the only people getting affected and hurt by these laws are the law abiding patients who actually need this kind of pain management.
