Very disappointed with how I’ve been treated here. The doctors themselves have been great, but the staff have been repeatedly unhelpful, rude, and combative and have also made multiple errors that I had to chase them down to fix. I have tried to give this clinic grace and understanding that they are busy and likely understaffed, but at one of my last visits the nurse that was doing my intake asked me questions that made it sound like she had the wrong patients chart pulled up and made reference to/asked me questions about su... read more

I live near this facility so I have been there several times. I have always been treated with compassion and kindness. The staff is always kind and caring. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me. I have seen the NP at their urgent care, also I have had imaging done there and I will continue to use their facility in the future.

Don’t go see m:D SPELL Dawn Spell instead of helping she likes to just send people To the er when she could have not been lazy and just had an ultrasound put out for me. These doctors truly suck

If I could leave zero stars I would. The only thing good is that we were in and out fast. My son was tested for strep and examined. The NP didn't say he was positive for strep, so I assumed he was negative. She diagnosed him for a sinus infection, and gave him the instructions and meds for treating a sinus infection. The following day I received a message from mychart that he is strep positive. He was prescribed the wrong treatment and we were not notified. He was exposing people to strep that he would otherwise stayed away ... read more
