I had my blood labs taken. He is awesome!
Simply put; my visit to this urgent care was nothing less than amazing. Very friendly from the moment I stepped in through the whole treatment everyone was Happy, friendly, and helpful.
I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 a.m., but was not seen until approximately 12:30 p.m. While I understand that urgent care facilities must prioritize more serious cases, the purpose of offering appointment times becomes unclear when schedules are not adhered to in a reasonable manner. When the provider entered the room, the interaction felt hurried. I explained that I wanted to discuss potential treatment options, including a steroid injection and/or antibiotics. Brought my wife in for an emergency situation; she was in extreme pain; they refused to even see her at all.
This site was clean. The staff was AWESOME!!! They listens to what we had to stay and was caring and compassionate. 10 out of 10.
