After my children not being able to be seen by their PCP and just seeing a NP for over a year because of the lack of availability. I made an appointment back in February, to show up today in JULY and be told that I will be seen 3 days from today. Supposedly the doctor had an emergency to go tend to with no backup plan for the patients that have been established in their care. To top it off I received no phone call whatsoever attempting to reschedule. This is the worst office to try and deal with.
Just had our first appointment today and it was great from start to finish. We were called back right on time, everyone was polite and happy, our son was all smiles and felt comfortable with everyone, he even had to get two shots and they were done so well and quick that he barely cried before the nurse was handing him a sucker. We will definitely only be bringing him here for as long as we live in the area!
I am really surprised to see some bad reviews. One time management is important for any appointment! We have had nothing but great experiences with all the staff there. We have never been treated unfairly and the Drs have always listened to our concerns. I will never take my kids to another place. We love St. Mary's pediatrics.
Dr. Conley and the medical team at this facility are top-notch. They understand what quality medicine and doctoring are, and they practice it. Ignore the anti-vax low-star reviews.
The entire staff was amazing! They were attentive and patient with our little guy when he didn’t want to cooperate with getting weighed and measured. They got us back in a reasonable time. Dr. Brea is amazing!!!
