I came here in 2015 I had Carpal tunnel surgery both left and right hand and i had surgury for a pinched nerve in my left elbo, but when SSM bought out alliance health my paper records were never tranfored now my medical files are lost and i dont know how to get them!!!!! i am not happy
Entire staff always very friendly. Always send me appointment reminders. Treating me with courtesy, kindness and respect. Every one listens very carefully to any concerns and or questions I may have. Answers questions and concerns in a manner I understand(have severe cognitive issues) always given options and let me be involved in "battle plan"..
Doctor was very nice! Was very receptive with my issue and was able to offer relief without the use of pain medicine.
