I am a new patient and was immediately greeted warmly by the receptionist when I arrived. She was professional and knowledgeable about setting up a new patient in the computer system and scheduled me for an appointment within a few days. When I arrived for my appointment a few days later, everyone was prompt and professional and I didn’t have to wait for the nurse or the NP. Place is more about collecting money from people for every little thing and less about caring for people like they should be. I switched to different Dr for that reason, plus they are very rude and disrespectful.

They have always got my babies in to be seen in a timely manner and today when I brought my baby in sick they acted swiftly and got him on oxygen and to the ambulance while acting very professional.
