Told me just waiting bills to update today they are trying to charge me $310 for “overdue”
Staff is awesome and very knowledgeable, explained everything to me as we went through the process. Dr Nguyen was hilarious and very understanding as well!
The ER was horrible.I had to drag my mother to the bathroom as no one would help me. We will never come bach to this place. My 77 year old mother is very sick. No one cares at this dump! Socialized medicine. Also booze bottles and homeless everywhere outside. Weirdos hanging around it is not safe. I had a police officer take me to my car at 1 am . The nurses don't listen, this happened one year ago, but my husband had issues with the nurses that were assigned to him. He's a diabetic and they wouldn't listen to him about his insulin. He couldn't get it to him when he needed it and they acted like it was a problem for them when his levels were high or not stable. The nurses wouldn't listen to him about how his bed was adjusted, so when he got up off the bed he would stumble because she kept raising it too high, just didn't make any sense at all.
Asked 3 different nurses for directions all 3 gave wrong direction. All 3 times took 45 mins to find where I needed to go
