Called in about becoming a new patient here and they told me it would take months to get back to me about if they would even accept me. Did not tell me if they were even accepting new patients. Just months of waiting. I do not recommend any SSM health places. So far they have all been unprofessional and unable to reply in any amount of time that would help a person actually stay healthy.

Hubby had a colonoscopy today with doctor Hanson, and we had the absolute best experience at SSM surgery center in Shawnee, OK. His nurse Pamela was such a sweetheart. Hubby is afraid of needles and he said she did great job on his IV. Thank you ssm for all of your hard work and dedication. I will always choose SSM for all of my families health-care needs.

I see Nikki Sherman and use the My Chart app to contact her office. I always get an answer within a day, if not sooner. Very efficient and professional!

I was consulted for a gallbladder surgery about 4 weeks ago. Nobody has called me back despite the surgeon explaining the procedure and telling me someone would call to schedule. This is a serious health issue for me. My gallbladder doesn’t work and could perforate from bile build up. I am also immunocompromised which most definitely adds to the danger. First time I have been dissatisfied with SSM.

Sat in the office during office hours for an hour and no one showed up to the front desk to help. Even tried calling the number and no one answered.
