Karen Hummel is the worst. I would make an appointment, take time off work and would have to wait anywhere between 1-2 plus HOURS before I was seen. Why even make an appt, she doesn't care to keep it. But again, I feel that was personal - she didn't like me cause I'm poor, black and on medical card. I asked about a medication on mychart and her nurse said 'yeah make an appt, Karen will help' I took time off work, again - and as soon as I got into the room (an hour after I showed up) her nurse said the meds I was asking for a... read more

Needed a flu shot for work, walked in, asked if I could get one (thinking I needed to make an appt), lady said sure thing and she gave me one. What a life saver. Big shout out to the nurse and Receptionist
