Tiffany and her nurse rashawnda were extremely efficient when I was having a sudden medical issue even though I didn't have a appointment. I walked in and rashawnda saw me and got me set up for virtual visit with Tiffany for the next morning since we had bad weather coming in.
I have been going here a couple of years now. About in the same condition as when I started. You wait weeks, months, and even years for approval on all the referrals they give. This is my last year here. I just pay to get referrals and more referrals. Partly blame the insurance, but this is ridiculous.
My visit today was very disappointed and frustrated. I'm very punctual and I get there on time. But after the nurse checked me, she left and for 30 minutes nobody came back to say anything. Even Doctor Rodriguez never showed up. It's very disrespectful when you have to wait 30 minutes in a room and nobody talk to you or come to say nothing. I left the place and nobody noticed.
Great Dr's & I haven't ever had to wait long for them to get you back.
I went there because my son was sent home from daycare with a red eye. This happens often because my son has allergies and usually we are just told that a puffy eye means pink eye and to try an allergy drop. The doctor today said it could be bacterial or allergies, she didn't know but that because it was possibly bacterial, she would give us a drop just in case and if it was matted in the morning then we should use the drop and she said we needed to be out of childcare for four days...
