One gets good care. Not fond of video meets as one can't show all area involved, or get hands on care, but yet better than 6 or 7 hours in ER.. was my first and I am 80 years old.
My mother waited an hour and a half for her appointment which was at 10:35. She didn’t seen til 12. I don’t care that these old people are hard to get out the door, my mother deserves the care shes paying for. Do better.

My husband had a stroke in July 2025. After 30 days in the hospital. We starter with SSM DAY INSTITUTE THERAPY. We were concerned, never having done therapy before. The therapist we knowledgeable in there areas. OT, PT and Swallowing. They have been patient and very helpful with what my husband need. Very accommodating to his needs. The therapist are through working with my husband. He has improved considerably. The girls in the day room are super good.
